Overview: At Tuning-Makarska.com, we are committed to ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of how our services are delivered and supported. As a provider of a Software as a Service (SaaS) product, our fulfillment process is designed to provide immediate access to our software upon purchase.
Subscription and Credits:
• Upon registering, customers can purchase credits.
• These credits can be spent for software services provided by us.
Access to Software:
• Our software is accessible online and is made available to the customer immediately upon completion of the purchase process.
Refund Policy:
• We offer a full refund within 7 days of the users first payment if they are dissatisfied with the product for any reason.
• In cases where technical issues prevent effective use of our software, we offer refunds or reimbursement in the form of credits. The decision to provide a refund or credit reimbursement will be at the discretion of Tuning Makarska based on the nature of the issue reported.
Cancellation Policy:
• Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, refunds for cancellation are only available within the first 7 days of the initial payment.
• Upon cancellation, customers will retain access to their subscription until the end of their current billing cycle.
